The winner of the second edition of The Chris Henderson Drawing Prize (Established in 2016 in memory of our founder, Chris Henderson) was student Jessica Morrey from the University of Portsmouth who was delighted to be awarded her certificate along with a cheque of £500.
It was great to see another series of beautifully executed submissions by students who all put a lot of effort and time into their work. The use of hand drawings to really investigate architectural design is critical. Students demonstrated consideration, explored scale and movement as well as experimenting with representation. We are grateful to the students and the lecturers for their time and effort.
Israel Abam was the prize winner in 2016.
