Architectural assistant, retail

In addition, our hybrid working approach means that you’ll be able to work from home two days each week.

As an architectural assistant at Hyphen, you’ll typically be engaged on a major client account, assisting job runners on the general design of projects in the commercial sectors of logistics, offices, retail and residential. This position would suite either an interior designer or architect .

Your skills and experience

  • A minimum of three years’ experience, preferably across all project work stages (including administrative authorisation) and in the retail sector.
  • A creative approach and strong technical knowledge including a good understanding of local building regulations and legislation (ERP type M).
  • Solid working knowledge AutoCAD. Revit being a plus
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good team working skills and a positive, pro-active attitude.
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English


Selected candidates will be offered a CDD contract.

The proposed salary is between 35 and 40 K€ gross annual depending on the experience (Cat 2 / level 1 or 2)
