Hyphen completes work on CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC Paris Brand Headquarters

We are proud to have delivered projects for many of the world’s best recognised brands, and to have been part of the fantastic team behind CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC’s Paris Brand Headquarters has been particularly special.
Located in the city’s seventh arrondissement, the new space will largely be used to display Chief Creative Officer Raf Simons’ women’s and men’s seasonal runway collections. This project is the first of its kind for the new CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC brand in Europe, which is representative of “American pragmatism and playfulness.” This impressive multi-floor space was designed by artist Sterling Ruby to create an “immersive floor-to-ceiling environment.”
The walls and vaulted ceiling of the original 1880’s building have been preserved and act as a neutral backdrop for 800 sqm of red and blue hand-painted canvas applied to columns, balustrades and the ceilings under the mezzanines. An epoxy resin was applied to the floors to create a beautiful high gloss finish.
We’ve enjoyed working closely with the whole design team to deliver this project in under six months.
