  • There exist offices, working on behalf of the government, who are in charge of the planning approval process. This process can sometimes be a bit confusing so it’s advisable to hire someone who can help with the application.

DID YOU KNOW?

  • For interiors, planning approval is managed by the landlords.
  • For a planning application you need a document called The Certificate of Tradition and Freedom of Properties. This is a public document that contains information on the legal history of a particular property, from the moment it was registered in the Public Instruments Registry Office.
