• Locally registered consultants must be appointed to provide information and an architect must stamp and sign the application.
• Changes to the building shell require proof of the energy efficiency.
• For heritage locations in cities, all advertising (signage) must be agreed with heritage/town planning officers.
• The workspace authority and fire department are independent from the local authority and can impose additional checks at any time.
