Winchester

Hyphen’s first office was established in 1980 in Winchester, in the South of England, and has decades of experience delivering retail and hyperscale data centre projects as well as work for local developers and commercial clients such as Calvin Klein and CyrusOne.

Located close to the medieval heart of the city, our Winchester office spreads over three floors with fantastic natural light and great access to the city.

One of our largest teams, Winchester is under the leadership of Hyphen CFO Tony Luck, director Peter Agnew, senior associate, Aimee Hooper and associates, Charlotte Simpson-Munro, Bill Cross, Victoria Ruiz and Craig Snelling. Our leadership team have had the opportunity to develop their careers at Hyphen, taking on more responsibility as they gained more experience and expertise. They work closely with a multidisciplinary team of architects, technologists, administrators, finance and communications professionals. Our architectural team includes retail, hospitality and industrial specialists working to the latest BIM standards.

We enjoy the variety of ages, backgrounds, nationalities, and perspectives in the team, all working together closely and enjoying discussions over lunch, with regular social events, including a Summer BBQ and joint activities with our other teams in the UK.

Highlights include our Winchester office being the starting point of our ‘Berlin bike ride,’ cycling all the way to Germany’s capital to mark the office’s 25th anniversary. The team also had the opportunity to compete with our London office in a charity mini triathlon in 2019.
