Office Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our friendly team in the centre of Winchester.

Our Winchester office is relatively small so you’ll quickly feel part of a friendly, supportive team, and get to work closely with senior colleagues. Whilst our international network means you’ll be given the opportunity to work with colleagues from Hyphen’s offices across Europe and Latin America.

The role

You will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Winchester office as well as providing general admin support to our Winchester-based architectural staff (so they can focus on their project work for clients).

Your skills and experience:

  • A minimum of two years working in an office administration or receptionist role
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A high standard of professionalism including an appreciation of confidentiality, attention to detail and the ability to work in line with company policies.
  • Additional languages could be advantageous but are not essential.
