The Board of Hyphen today announces that Francisco Terrero will leave his role as Office Head for Santiago after three years in the role.
Eddie Miles, CEO, said: “The directors and I would like to extend our thanks to Francisco who has been instrumental in establishing Hyphen’s Santiago office and the company’s presence in Latin America. We wish him every success with his family’s move back to Spain and all the best for the future.”
The Board are also pleased to announce his successor – Matías Menichetti Ugarte, who joined the company on the 2nd December 2019. Based in Hyphen’s Santiago office in Chile, Matias will focus on expanding the company’s architectural services in Hyphen’s commercial sectors across Latin America.
Matías has over eight years of experience in delivering architectural projects for a variety of international, commercial clients and has particularly strong experience in the workplace sector. He qualified as an architect from the Universidad del Desarrollo, Santiago and has a Diploma in Business Management from University Adolfo Ibáñez, Santiago.
