Hyphen celebrates internal succession with a series of promotions

We are delighted to announce a series of promotions, as eight Hyphen employees have been recognised for the significant contributions they have made to the growth and quality of our international architectural practice.

Firstly, we would like to announce our new senior associates, Nick Jardine and Aimee Hooper, based primarily in our Winchester office. As well as supporting our local team in Winchester, Nick has been a leading figure in our growth in the data centre sector, while Aimee is key to our UK-led work in luxury retail.

We are also pleased to announce six colleagues, who have made the step up to the role of associate, due to their significant contribution to their local teams. Congratulations to Charlotte Simpson-Munro (Winchester), Darragh Beggan (Ireland), Denis Charpentier (Paris), Francesca Tedesco (London), Pablo Letelier (Santiago), and Rachel McCurry (Belfast).

Eddie Miles, CEO at Hyphen, says, “We want all our staff to thrive and achieve their full potential, as we believe in career progression and internal succession of leadership and ownership. We are proud that past-students who joined us for practical experience are now associates and directors of the company.

“We are happy to recognise the achievements of our new associates and senior associates, who are following in this tradition of career progression within Hyphen. They have been instrumental in the growth of our international architectural practice, and we are delighted to see them take the next steps towards fulfilling their full potential.

“We hope you will join us in congratulating Aimee, Charlotte, Darragh, Denis, Francesca, Nick, Pablo and Rachel, and wishing them all the best in their new roles at Hyphen.”
