Hyphen is listed in the AJ100 for the second consecutive year and third time since 2020.
The rankings are compiled by the Architect’s Journal, who compile a list of the 100 largest architectural practices operating in the UK, based on the number of architects employed.
This year’s inclusion marks our most significant climb and highest position to date, gaining nine places, from 90th place in 2022 to 81st in 2023.
Hyphen CEO, Eddie Miles, says, “We are incredibly proud to be featured in the AJ100 for the third time and to move up in the rankings. We saw strong growth in our newest UK office in Belfast which contributed to an excellent 2022 for the company as a whole. Since Brexit and the pandemic, the recruitment market has been tougher, but hard work on finding good people and our commitment to training and career progression has meant we now have 20% more qualified architects across the group. It’s been a privilege to see many colleagues pass their RIBA Part 3 whilst at Hyphen and to support those architects qualified outside of the UK in transferring their registration and funding professional practice training.
