Celebrating our fourth year among the world’s largest architectural practices
For the fourth year in a row, Hyphen is proud to feature in the prestigious WA100 list, which ranks the world’s largest architectural practices. Compiled annually by Building Design, the WA100 is based on the number of fee-earning architects employed.
This year, Hyphen has achieved a new milestone by rising to 79th place, reflecting the incredible growth of our global team. We’ve welcomed nearly 100 talented professionals over the past 12 months, enriching both our expertise and our culture.
Laurent de Martel, who joined Hyphen in 2024 as BIM manager, reflects on his experience, “Many of my colleagues come from different countries, and it’s always interesting to learn about their cultures. I enjoy being part of the diverse and collaborative team. I wish I joined Hyphen a long time ago.”
Architect Corina Cristescu shares, “I am thrilled to be part of a company with such an impressive culture, a global focus, and an exciting multicultural environment.”
Our achievements in 2024 were not only about numbers. We continued strengthening our collaboration and building on our shared vision for the future. One of the highlights was our Leadership Conference, which brought together colleagues from around the world to prepare for what’s ahead.
Eddie Miles, CEO at Hyphen, says:
“The publication of the WA100 is always something to look forward to. Not only do we see how Hyphen’s fortunes have changed over the last year, but we get a picture of the broader movements in the profession. We will be studying the results of the survey with interest and particularly looking at those regions around the world where we are present or have an interest to establish.
“We have risen in the overall ranking this year as Hyphen has grown and for this I’d like to thank everyone whose hard work has made this happen. Thanks go not only to the design teams who delivered some great projects last year but also those with operational roles whose skills and dedication have done so much to create the Hyphen that now features proudly in the WA100.”
