Head of MEP
Nikoletta joined Hyphen in 2021 and leads the MEP team. She established Hyphen’s MEP design capability, building a dedicated team and setting up processes to support integrated delivery across projects. With a background in electrical engineering and sustainable energy systems, Nikoletta has led and overseen complex retail and mixed-use schemes across the UK and Ireland. She works closely with architectural teams to coordinate MEP design in BIM and provides strategic oversight, technical leadership, and guidance across the wider business.
