The role
As an senior architect at Hyphen, you’ll typically be engaged on a major client account, working with a range of stakeholders (both in and outside the business), and managing a project team.
Your skills and experience
- Qualified architect
- 5+ years’ experience in construction and architecture, across all project work stages in the data center, logistics, industrial and retail sectors
- In-depth knowledge of permitting and construction in Spain
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in leading projects and teams.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM and Revit required for the development of ISO 19650-compliant federated models.
- Excellent team working skills and a positive, pro-active attitude.
- Great organisational and management skills, with the ability to manage internal project teams, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (proficiency in one or more additional languages would also be advantageous).
- Experience on site monitoring (Dirección Facultativa) will be an asset
- This role would suit qualified architects and architectural technologists in Spain.
