Luxury lifestyle destination in Los Cabos

We are working with SOMA Real Estate and four leading luxury brands in the Ánima Village lifestyle destination, in Los Cabos, Mexico.

The challenge

Our clients wanted to create expressions of their brands that complemented SOMA’s visual aesthetic for Ánima Village and its concept of ‘a destination where brands, wellness, art and nature converge’.

Our role

Our services included architectural design, tender management, project management, MEP, structure, millwork, and LEED consultancy.

Mutual trust

We have developed a strong working partnership with SOMA based on teamwork, mutual trust and open communication. Together we have been successful in all our project objectives, supporting the brands to launch their new stores in Ánima Village.

Enduring relationships

Our working relationship with SOMA has extended beyond Los Cabos, with work currently underway within other lifestyle destinations in their real estate portfolio, including in Mexico City.

Other projects with the luxury lifestyle brands in Mexico are also ongoing, and have included the opening of a flagship store in Mexico City, and additional retail destinations in the capital, Cancún and Guadalajara.
