New opportunities in new locations for Paris team
It’s exciting times for our team in France, with two reasons to celebrate! To accommodate our growing team, we’ve moved to new premises in Paris, and to consolidate our experience in the south and its opportunities, we’ve established a permanent presence in Marseille.
Our Paris team has moved to the Rue des Pyramides, following a string of triumphs in the luxury retail sector, most notably in the capital’s iconic Champs-Élysées, Avenue Montaigne, Rue Saint Honoré and the gateway to Paris, Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Progress in the data centre market has also been significant, with the appointment of sector specialists and a series of new projects in Belgium and Paris. This diversification builds on the team’s work in a variety of other sectors, including office spaces, mixed use, hospitality, and logistics.
The first step of our southern expansion has been the establishment of a permanent presence with local Hyphen architects based in Marseille, France’s second city. This is the ideal location from which to serve the region due to its thriving retail, logistics and data centre sectors, and its position between Toulouse and Monaco, making it well connected to a cluster of nearby cities.
We are really proud of the team for what has been achieved. We are a close team, like to be challenged and are highly motivated. We have people from many different backgrounds, all bringing different approaches, ideas and skills that come together very well, both locally and across the Hyphen group.
As we continue to expand our horizons, in the South of France and data centre markets, and build on what we have already achieved, there are many possibilities for future growth. The future is bright – watch this space!
