Ensuring equal opportunities for everyone is a continual process and we’re regularly reviewing our ways of working.
Our current practises include monitoring equal pay, which you can read about in our annual report, and supporting women into leadership positions. With women making up 54% of employees at Hyphen and 60% of our associates, we are making good progress but there is always room to improve.
In this spirit, we mark International Women’s Day each year with team discussions in each of our nine offices, which gives us an opportunity to come together and reflect on our current practices and identify where improvements can be made.
But while International Women’s Day gives us chance to reflect on equality and equity within the workplace, meaningful change doesn’t stop there – it should be in our minds and actions every day of the year.
