Christine Costello and Matilda Marku from the London team become our newest associates, and Bill Cross is promoted to senior associate.

Christine Costello – Associate
Christine has built a reputation for delivering high-quality work for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. From designing flagship spaces for luxury retailers to managing long-term account relationships, she’s earned trust through consistency, attention to detail, and an ability to stay one step ahead. In her new role, Christine will lead the development of Hyphen’s quality management system in the UK, elevating standards, driving efficiency, and helping our teams embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Matilda Marku – Associate
With a background spanning education industrial, logistics, and residential, Matilda brings a multi-sector lens to her work, alongside deep insight into the critical infrastructure market in Europe. She recently led Hyphen’s delivery team, including colleagues from London, Paris and Berlin, for a significant data centre development in Berlin.

Bill Cross – Senior associate
Since joining Hyphen as a graduate, Bill has become a trusted advisor to global clients, particularly in the data centre space, where delivery needs to be precise, proactive and people-led. He helps clients to navigate complexity at every stage of the process during the delivery of critical infrastructure in the Nordics, the Netherlands, the UK and the Middle East, forging strong, long-term relationships grounded in transparency and collaboration.
