Associate
Katia joined Hyphen in January 2018 and became a project manager in 2022.
During her time at Hyphen, she gained extensive experience across various sectors including retail, workplaces, hospitality, and residential projects.
As an architect, she developed her skills in design, project management, team coordination and site supervision. She successfully delivered projects of varying scales and typologies for both international and local clients, taking on multiple roles such as Lead Architect, Design Lead and Local Architect.
In addition, Katia has a specific interest and knowledge in terms of sustainable development. After an initial training on RE2020, she became a LEED Green Associate in 2025 and serves as the Sustainability ambassador for Hyphen France, helping teams to integrate sustainability into daily practices and projects.
In 2026, Katia will also act as the Quality Standards Ambassador for Hyphen France, ensuring the highest level of quality and coherence across all deliverables.
