Matilda joined Hyphen in 2024 and became an associate a year later, with over 10 years’ experience across education, hospitality, logistics, and residential sectors. Now specialising in data centres, Matilda brings technical knowledge across all project stages, excelling at working with and leading multi-disciplinary design teams, and mentoring junior colleagues. Known for her strategic thinking and collaborative leadership, Matilda is dedicated to creating buildings that are contextually responsive, purpose-driven, and impactful.
