We are pleased to announce Hyphen’s newest associates – Bill Cross, Craig Snelling, and Victoria Ruiz.
Bill, Craig, and Victoria have all made remarkable contributions to Hyphen’s growth over the past few years, so it is with great pride that we celebrate the latest chapter in their respective career journeys.
Bill joined Hyphen in 2018 as an architectural technologist and progressed to senior architectural technologist in 2022. He has been instrumental to our growth in the data centre sector, embracing innovation, empowering his team, and elevating Hyphen’s presence within the industry.
Beginning his Hyphen journey as an architectural assistant in 2013, Craig qualified as an architect in 2018. Since then, he has been a driving force in our UK retail team, running projects in the luxury retail sector. Craig is a supportive team leader and his expertise shines in delivering brand experiences for world-leading clients in some of London’s most iconic locations.
Having recently celebrated 10 years at Hyphen, Victoria works across multiple sectors, running residential, industrial, retail and data centre projects. Always keen to develop her skills and abilities, Victoria completed an RICS course on BIM Project Management in 2016 and progressed to senior architect in 2021. Victoria also provides mentoring and RIBA Professional Experience Development Record (PEDR) reviews for Part 3 students.
