Eva Diego is CEO of Hyphen, continuing our work across retail, hospitality, workplace, logistics, and the growing digital infrastructure sector. An architect with more than 25 years’ experience, Eva has been instrumental in Hyphen’s multi-national growth. She established our Madrid studio, led the company’s expansion into and across Latin America, and has forged long-term partnerships with some of the world’s most influential lifestyle and technology brands. In the Data Centre sector, she manages a specialist DC delivery team and advises real estate clients on expansion into new and emerging markets.
As CEO, Eva is enhancing Hyphen’s advisory strength, solidifying client partnerships, and enhancing our international architectural and digital infrastructure endeavours.
Known for her industry insight, Eva has published recent articles on the role of the architect at stage zero, unlocking the potential of existing assets and de‑risking in retrofitting projects. She has also been interviewed about smart data centre development, and spoken on many expert panels, including DCD> Connect | Madrid and the District Show.
