We’re delighted to announce three well-deserved promotions in our Santiago team. Francisco Gonzalez has become an associate, while Felipe Barrera Vega and Pablo Letelier have stepped into senior associate roles.

Francisco, Felipe and Pablo exemplify collaborative leadership, each playing a key role in strengthening our partnerships and delivering excellence across Latin America, the data centre sector and beyond.
Francisco joined Hyphen in 2022 as a senior architect, drawn by Hyphen’s international reach and specialised sector expertise. He was looking for a skilled and culturally diverse environment, and that’s exactly what he found:

A natural people-person, Francisco has thrived in Hyphen’s friendly and supportive atmosphere where everyone is quick to help and ready to share a laugh. Francisco’s ability to keep our own teams engaged translates to how invested we are in our clients’ success.
Now stepping into a leadership role, he looks forward to championing innovation initiatives to enhance efficiency, ensuring we meet the highest standards while maximising the commercial performance of sites. Francisco will also focus on fostering a culture of change as we pursue opportunities of a tech-driven future.
Felipe began his Hyphen journey in 2021, initially to support our data centre team in Santiago. But early project delays led him to work together with our London team for a global retail brand instead. This collaboration helped Felipe understand the standards expected by major clients – an experience he brings to every project today.
Working in a multi-national company also broadened Felipe’s perspective on project management:

Felipe’s drive for continuous improvement has helped him to anticipate needs, adapt to various client expectations, and advise on important project decisions.
For Felipe, the ‘One Hyphen’ approach is essential for delivering top-tier data centres. As we expand into new markets, he’s excited to keep developing systems, including specialist Revit groups, that allow our teams to deliver a consistent, unified client experience and often exceed expectations.
Before joining Hyphen in 2021, Pablo worked primarily on residential projects, including high-rise buildings. When he heard about Hyphen and the data centre sector, he was ready for a change, bringing fresh thinking to our team. He now calls it the best decision of his career.
His first projects involved close collaboration with our Winchester team, where Pablo was responsible for client communication and team coordination. He quickly realised that, at Hyphen, we don’t just work on projects — we work with people:
